The emission regulation tables links are listed under emissions regulations. There is a five parish non-attainment zone around Baton Rouge. Some facilities may come under major source restrictions depending on the facility-wide emissions and this is determined on a case by case basis. Please check with Bryan Johnston for more information. Louisiana also has a few state-specific regulations for engines not covered by the Federal regulations. Please see the link or pdf file below for more information. Please note: The new EPA gas engine regulations will be going in to effect in June 2008.
