MIRATECH earned the Great Place to Work Certification with 88 percent of MIRATECH employees saying it is a great place to work, according to the 2022 Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey.
The 88 percent is 31 points higher than the national average of 57 percent from the Great Place to Work 2021 U.S. National Employee Engagement Study.

According to the survey, 93 percent of MIRATECH employees said when they joined the company, they were made to feel welcome, and 92 percent of employees said management trusts people to do a good job.
When asked to comment on why they like to work at MIRATECH, employees overwhelmingly mentioned “people, culture, team” as to what makes MIRATECH a great workplace.
The data was taken from the Great Place to Work Trust Index that included a research-backed employee experience survey. The study surveyed over 14,000 workers across 37 countries to determine the average employee experience.
