RE: COVID-19 UPDATE
Dear MIRATECH Partner,
Our organization is closely following recommendations of global health organizations as well as local authorities in the markets that we serve to ensure that our response to the Coronavirus outbreak is proportional to the situation.
Our main priorities continue to be keeping our people, our customers, and our communities safe while also remaining open for business to keep your projects moving forward in a timely manner. Be assured that we have continuity plans in place to continue to achieve these goals.
Per national guidance issued by the US Department of Homeland Security, MIRATECH will remain open for business under classification as an essential business critical to national infrastructure. MIRATECH’s work maintaining and ensuring the distribution of electrical power and transmission and storage of natural gas allows us to continue a normal course of operations.
We are, however, adapting our approach in a few ways that we would like to communicate:
- Our outside salesforce and technical services team are ready to support you over the phone, via email, or digitally via web conferences. In certain geographies and with your permission, we are still able to drive to visit your office or project site.
- Our Inside Sales teams remain available to support you via email at info@MIRATECHcorp.com or 1-800-640-3134 (North America) and +49 6664-96119 (Europe). Our website, www.miratech.acrobatantdev.com, also remains fully functional.
- Our Catalyst Service Centers are fully operational, and we intend to remain open for servicing and testing.
MIRATECH has multiple manufacturing locations in North America and Europe. Our facilities are critical to getting our customers the products they need – when and where they need them. We are open in all locations and practicing social distancing to protect our workers and their families. More details on where we manufacture our products is located on our website.
During this time of uncertainty, we want to assure you we have thorough plans in place to enable the continuity of manufacturing, project commissioning, and service delivery with the goal of supporting our customers’ needs while also helping ensure the well-being of our team members, customers, and the global community.
