Nevada’s Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) – Bureau of Air Pollution Control (BAPC) has published a frequently asked questions (FAQ) document to provide guidance on permit applications for stationary internal combustion engines.
The document, “ Frequently Asked Questions for Stationary Internal Combustion Engines,” covers both emergency and non-emergency engines as well as both compression ignition and spark ignition engines.
The guidance primarily focuses on emission calculation inputs and also touches on operating hour limitations and applicable federal regulations.
